What we collect, why, who processes it and for how long — for the site, its forms and our WhatsApp and Viber chat.
Who we are
The controller for data collected through media.genuari.com and our chat channels (WhatsApp, Viber) is the company named below. For anything about your data, write to the email address given.
What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work you ask for.
- Contact, free audit and quote forms: your name, email, and whatever you choose to add (phone, company, site address, message, the services you are interested in and details about the size of the job). We use them to answer you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical data that comes with a form: IP address, browser type, the page it was sent from, the site language and the Google reCAPTCHA score. We use it only to protect the forms from spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- WhatsApp and Viber conversations: your phone number (WhatsApp) or Viber ID, your profile name and the messages you send. We use them to answer you and, if you ask, to hand the conversation to a person on our team. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
- Visitor statistics: we measure visits and page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, without cookies and without identifiers that follow you. We see aggregate numbers only. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Newsletter: your email address, the language you signed up in, and the times you requested and confirmed the subscription. Signing up is double opt-in: after the form we send you one email, and nothing else is sent until you click the link in it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
- The calculators (ROAS, site speed) run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.
The AI assistant
On WhatsApp and Viber you are first answered by an AI assistant, which says so in its first message. It answers only from what our site says, gives no prices and makes no decisions about you. When you want to go ahead or ask for a person, it sends our team your name, what you need and the recent messages of the conversation.
The conversation's messages are processed by the AI model's provider only to produce the answer.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. When you ask for a quote, an internal tool produces an indicative estimate for our team; the offer you receive is written and checked by a person.
Cookies
- NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose with the ΕΛ / EN switch. It is set only if you change language and lasts one year. It is necessary for the feature you asked for.
- Google reCAPTCHA: pages with a form load Google's reCAPTCHA service, which may use its own cookies to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or give it to others for their own purposes. We use the following providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting the site, running the forms and the assistant, visitor statistics, and the AI Gateway through which messages reach the AI model.
- The AI model's provider (currently Anthropic, USA): producing the assistant's answers.
- Upstash: temporary storage of the conversation so the assistant remembers what you said.
- Resend (USA): delivering your messages to our team's email, and sending you the confirmation email and the newsletter.
- Slack (Salesforce, USA): notifying our team of new requests.
- Google: reCAPTCHA, to protect the forms.
- Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp) and Viber Media S.à r.l. (Viber): if you write to us there, their own terms apply too.
Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Requests that did not lead to working together: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the work, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- The AI assistant's memory: 30 days from the last message. Anything forwarded to the team as a request follows the period for requests.
- Newsletter: for as long as you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only the fact that you did, so nobody can add you back. A signup that is never confirmed expires in 48 hours and is recorded nowhere.
- Providers' technical logs: for the short period each provider sets.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email address above and we will answer within one month.
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
Children
The site and our chat channels are meant for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 15.
Security
All communication with the site uses HTTPS. Messages from WhatsApp and Viber are accepted only with a valid signature from the provider, and access to data is limited to the people on our team who need it.
Changes
If the way we process data changes, this page and its date will be updated.
