Services
Email marketing: the only channel you actually own.
Your Instagram audience is borrowed. Your Google rankings move with an algorithm. The email list is the one audience nobody can take away from you — and usually the cheapest euro of revenue you have.
What you get
A consented list
Sign-up forms on the site and at checkout, with double opt-in and a record of when and how consent was given. A list that does not stand up legally is not an asset, it is an open liability.
A newsletter that actually goes out
A template in your brand's voice, a cadence you can keep, and copy written natively. One newsletter a month that ships is worth more than a weekly one nobody ever writes.
Automations that run themselves
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back for customers who stopped buying. Built once, selling every day.
Segmentation from your own data
What they bought, when, how often, what they looked at. The same message to the whole list is the fastest way to learn what “unsubscribe” means.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a sending domain that does not burn your main one. If your email lands in spam, nothing else on this page matters.
Reporting in sales
Opens and clicks are intermediate numbers. We tie email to orders, so every flow has its own revenue in the report, next to the Google and Meta campaigns.
How we work
Automations first, newsletter second
Most businesses start with the newsletter, because it is the visible part. The money is in the flows that run on their own: the cart abandoned two hours ago, the customer who used to buy every two months and has not been seen for six.
They are built once and work every day, including the month nobody had time to write a newsletter. That is why they come first.
Consent is not paperwork
In Greece and across the EU, commercial email to a private individual without consent or an existing customer relationship is not allowed. A bought list is not an opportunity; it is a delayed fine, and it wrecks your domain's reputation on the way.
We set up double opt-in, keep the record of consent, and put one-click unsubscribe in every message. The list grows more slowly and is worth far more.
Email is not a separate channel
The same person sees your Instagram ad, searches your name on Google and opens your email. When three different people run those, they talk to them three times about three different things.
Because we run the campaigns and write the eshop, the list becomes an audience for Meta, purchase data feeds the segmentation, and what is advertised is what the email says.
A cadence you will keep
We do not promise four newsletters a month if the content has to come from you and the time does not exist. We agree a rhythm the business can sustain, and we keep it.
If we write, we write from what you actually do: new products, stock running out, how to use the thing, whatever people ask on the phone. We do not invent offers to fill a calendar.
Process
Mapping
Two hours with you, one week in your data. It ends in a written account of what is wrong.
Plan & price
Scope, timeline and cost per layer. No open-ended invoices.
Build
We work in weekly cycles. You get a staging environment from week one.
Maintenance
Monitoring, updates, a monthly report and one person who knows your project.
Fit
A good fit
- Eshops with repeat purchases that have never set up an abandoned-cart flow.
- Businesses with a customer list sitting unused in a spreadsheet or an ERP.
- Anyone paying dearly for new traffic who never speaks to the people who already bought.
Not a good fit
- Anyone who wants to send to a bought list. We do not do it, not even once.
- Businesses with a handful of contacts and no intention of growing the list. The site and the traffic come first.
- Anyone who wants a nice template and nothing else. The template is the easy part.
Questions
Which platform do you use?
We choose with you, based on list size, the connection to the eshop, and who will run it day to day. The account is opened in your name and belongs to you, like every account we set up.
I already have a list. Can you use it?
It depends how it was collected. If they are your customers or people who gave consent, yes — and we usually start with a re-confirmation to clean it. If it was bought, no.
How often should I send?
As often as you have something to say and can sustain. For most Greek eshops, one or two newsletters a month plus the automations is realistic and pays.
Will I annoy my customers?
If you send everyone the same thing every three days, yes. That is what segmentation and frequency caps are for: someone who just bought does not get the same pressure as someone last seen a year ago.
What does it cost?
Setting up the flows and the monthly work are priced separately, and the platform subscription is yours. Ask for a quote below and you get a written price for your list within one working day.

What would it cost you?
Every business is priced on its own numbers. Tell us yours in a minute and get a written offer, not a price list.
Quote request
- A person reads every request and writes the offer. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Ad budgets are separate: you pay Google, Meta or OpenAI directly, from your own card.
- No calls unless you ask for one.
