Conversion optimisation: you are already paying for this traffic.

The most expensive euro is the one that brings someone to the site and loses them. Before raising the budget, we find out why the people who arrived are leaving — and fix it in the code, not in a report.

What you get

  • A map of where people leave

Exactly where the journey stops: which page, which checkout step, which form field, on mobile and desktop separately. From your data, not from generic benchmarks.

  • Speed as a cause, not a score

We measure what the user sees and when they can act, on a real mobile connection. Speed here is not a grade in a tool; it is the first place people give up.

  • Checkout and form review

Step by step, with real test orders: fields nobody needs, errors nobody explains, shipping costs that appear at the end, a payment screen that will not open on a phone.

  • Priority set by cost

Every finding is ranked by how many people it affects and what it costs to fix. You get an action list, not a catalogue of observations.

  • Implementation, not just advice

We write the changes ourselves. We do not hand over a document that waits six months for somebody else's developer.

  • Measured before and after

Every change is tied to a number you already track: orders, enquiries, completed checkouts. If it did not move, we say so.

How we work

The till first, the budget second

Most businesses answer weak results with more advertising. It works, but it is the most expensive route: you pay again to bring people to the same place that was losing them.

If one in a hundred becomes one and a half, every euro you already spend returns half as much again — and so does every euro you spend from here on. Which is why conversion comes before scale. Our budget calculator shows it from the other side: for the same orders, a higher conversion rate means a smaller monthly budget.

Speed is the first screen nobody saw

Before any design discussion there is a duller question: how many left before it loaded. They appear in no heatmap, because they never got to do anything.

Our slow-site calculator makes that explicit with your own numbers, with a measured study behind it and without multiplying the finding across your whole gap. Speed is almost always among the first three fixes.

Tests only where they mean something

An A/B test is a tool, not a ritual. It needs enough conversions a month to conclude anything; below that, “the green button won” is noise somebody presented as a finding.

At lower volume we work with fixes that do not need statistics to stand up: one step fewer, an error that explains itself, shipping shown earlier. When the volume carries a test, we run one and tell you how long it will take before it starts.

CRO is not separate from the site

Most findings are code changes: a step removed, a field pre-filled, an image that stops shifting the page as it loads.

Because we also write the site, the distance from finding to fix is days. When CRO is a separate supplier, that distance is a quarter — and half the findings are never built.

The market

  1. 57%

of Greek eshops spend up to €1,000 a month on content. For 58.5%, finding customers is the biggest problem.

Process

  1. 01

    Mapping

Two hours with you, one week in your data. It ends in a written account of what is wrong.

  2. 02

    Plan & price

Scope, timeline and cost per layer. No open-ended invoices.

  3. 03

    Build

We work in weekly cycles. You get a staging environment from week one.

  4. 04

    Maintenance

Monitoring, updates, a monthly report and one person who knows your project.

Fit

A good fit

  • Eshops and sites with traffic and paid campaigns already running, where the orders do not follow.
  • Anyone who knows their checkout or form loses people and has never seen exactly where.
  • Anyone about to raise their budget who wants it to stop leaking first.

Not a good fit

  • Sites with no traffic. With nobody arriving there is nothing to optimise — visibility and campaigns come first.
  • Anyone who wants a redesign from scratch. That is a build, not CRO, and it is a different page.
  • Anyone who wants a monthly colour test so there is something in a report. We do not sell motion without an outcome.

Questions

How much traffic do I need for this to be worth it?

For fixes — speed, checkout, forms — none: someone who cannot complete an order is a problem at any volume. For A/B tests you need enough conversions a month that the result is not luck, and we will tell you plainly if you do not have them.

What exactly do I get?

A map of where people are lost, an action list in priority order, and the changes themselves implemented — each one measured before and after.

Do you guarantee an uplift?

No, and anyone guaranteeing one before seeing your data is guessing. We guarantee that every change will be tied to a number you already track, and that we will tell you when one did not work.

Do I need a new site?

Usually not. We work with what you have. If the platform blocks the fixes — common on themes carrying many plugins — we will tell you exactly what is in the way and what it costs, without turning it into a rebuild proposal.

How is it priced?

A first cycle of analysis and fixes, then monthly work if you want it. Ask for a quote below and you get a written price for your case within one working day.
