Google Shopping: the work is in the feed, not in the campaign.
Shopping ads have no copy and no keywords. Everything Google shows it takes from your catalogue — which is why this is won in the feed, in the product data, and in what you allow to be advertised at all.
What you get
Merchant Center setup
Account, site verification, tax and shipping as they work in Greece, returns policy, and the link to the Google Ads account. Once, properly.
A feed built from the source
The feed comes from the same place as the eshop, so price, stock and availability never disagree with the product page. That disagreement causes most disapprovals.
Product titles and attributes
The title does the job keywords do elsewhere: brand, model, size, colour, in the order people write them. Plus GTIN, Google category, and the attributes each category demands.
Campaign structure built around margin
Product groups split into what deserves advertising, what should be pushed, and what should not run at all. An eshop mostly loses money on the products that should never have been in there.
Performance Max, on conditions
PMax works when it gets clean signals and limits: correct conversions, order value, a feed that holds. We run it that way, and separately from Search, so you can see what it did.
Disapprovals watched
Product disapprovals and Merchant Center warnings are reviewed every week. A product out of the feed is not a technical detail — it is your shop window shut.
How we work
Shopping advertises the catalogue, not the copy
In a Search campaign you write what the ad says. In Shopping, Google reads your catalogue and decides for itself which product to show for which search. What is in the feed is your entire voice.
So the work is in the data: titles containing what people actually type, the right category, GTIN, an image that passes policy, and price and stock that match the page. A campaign on top of a bad feed cannot be fixed with budget.
Which products should not be advertised
An eshop with a thousand products does not have a thousand products worth advertising. Some carry two euros of margin, some are out of stock half the month, some are sold cheaper by ten other shops.
We start from margin and break-even ROAS — there is a calculator for that in our tools — and split the catalogue. The result is usually fewer products in the ads and more profit at the end of the month.
The feed and the eshop are built by the same team
Most Shopping fixes are changes to the site, not to the account: a missing field, a title that has to change across three hundred products, an availability flag saying something different from the stock.
Because we also write the eshop, those happen the same day. We do not send a list to a developer at another company and wait for next month.
What “lower CPC” means, and what it does not
You will see agencies advertising a lower cost per click through a Comparison Shopping Service programme. It is a real Google mechanism, not a trick, and it applies to a particular kind of campaign.
We do not advertise it, because we do not offer it today. If we add it, we will write here exactly how it works and what it leaves you with. Until then, the cost comes down through a clean catalogue, cutting what does not pay, and tracking that counts sales.
The market
57%
of Greek eshops spend up to €1,000 a month on content. For 58.5%, finding customers is the biggest problem.

Fit
A good fit
- Eshops with a catalogue that moves: prices, stock, new categories.
- Anyone already running Shopping or PMax who cannot say which products make the profit.
- Anyone with Merchant Center disapprovals nobody has ever looked at.
Not a good fit
- Service businesses with no product catalogue — Search is your channel, on the Google Ads page.
- Eshops selling products outside Google's policies. We will tell you before you pay for anything.
- Anyone who wants the feed set up once and nothing after. The catalogue changes every week, and the feed with it.
Questions
What do we need before starting Shopping?
An eshop with product pages showing price and availability, a Merchant Center account with a verified site, a feed, and published returns and shipping policies. If any of it is missing, we set it up.
Why are my products being disapproved?
Usually one of three things: the price or availability in the feed does not match the page, a required field such as GTIN is missing, or the category and image do not pass policy. We read them in your account and fix them at the source.
Shopping or Performance Max?
PMax is ahead for most eshops today, but it needs clean signals or it spends on people who would have bought anyway. We run it separately from Search and on correct conversions, so you can see what the campaign brought and what would have come on its own.
Can you work with my existing eshop?
Yes. We do not need to rebuild it to run Shopping. If the platform cannot produce a sound feed, we will tell you exactly what is in the way and what it costs to solve.
What does management cost?
Separately from the budget you pay Google from your own card. The management fee depends on the catalogue and the spend; ask for a quote below and you get a written price within one working day.
Quote
What would it cost you?
Every business is priced on its own numbers. Tell us yours in a minute and get a written offer, not a price list.
Quote request
- A person reads every request and writes the offer. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Ad budgets are separate: you pay Google, Meta or OpenAI directly, from your own card.
- No calls unless you ask for one.
